Covid-19
We are keeping our Residents Safe and Healthy...
Revised Nursing Home Visitation Guidance – New York State
Our Facility has taken a broad range of precautions to prevent infection and/or mitigate its spread. Our clinical professionals are highly skilled and experienced in working with frail and vulnerable residents and our staff is focused on monitoring and addressing the healthcare concerns of all residents.
When a resident is diagnosed with COVID-19, we take great care to ensure they’re made comfortable in an isolated setting and are under supervision. Our staff wear full protective equipment, to include medical gowns, gloves, eye protection and masks, and follow infection control protocols and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Visitation Guidance & Facts
- If you do not feel well, please do not visit.
- Screening questions may be required upon entrance to the facility.
- Appointments are not required for visitation. Masks are not required.
- Mask use may be required when visiting due to an outbreak. Please observe signage at the facility about mask requirements and adhere to any masking requirement during your visit.
